Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco Share Their Prom Night

Los Angeles, CA — Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco celebrated their new single, “Talk,” with a nostalgic prom night, marking the release of their deluxe album, “I Said I Love You First…And You Said It Back,” on May 2.

The music video for “Talk” showcases a dreamy prom setup, with Gomez wearing a stunning purple gown and Blanco in a classic tuxedo. The couple arrived at the festivities in a limousine, stopping first for a photoshoot at a mall to capture the moment.

Gomez, 32, took to Instagram to express her excitement, noting her first prom experience, something she had missed during high school. A key highlight of the night was a prom-themed party organized by Blanco, 37, complete with decorations and a DJ.

In the music, Gomez sings, “I know you just left but, damn, I need you right back,” reflecting her longing for Blanco. Blanco decided to give Gomez a night filled with memories after discovering she had never attended her own prom.

“I asked her if we should take prom photos together at a mall… she said yes!” Blanco shared. He even hired a limousine. The couple found the evening to be more enjoyable than they anticipated, capturing many sweet moments.

The deluxe album features four new songs, including collaborations with GloRilla and Greg Gonzalez of Cigarettes After Sex, and an acoustic version of their previous hit “Call Me When You Break Up.”
