Snl Domingo Sketch Charli Xcx Babymoon

Saturday Night Live (SNL) has brought back its viral ‘Domingo‘ sketch, this time featuring Charli XCX in a hilarious parody titled ‘Babymoon.’ The original sketch, which debuted just four weeks ago with Ariana Grande, quickly gained massive attention for its off-key singing and quirky storyline.

In the latest episode, Charli XCX, who served as both host and musical guest on November 16, joined the ‘Kel Squad’ consisting of SNL cast members Ego Nwodim, Sarah Sherman, Heidi Gardner, and Chloe Fineman. The group performed a parody of Chappell Roan‘s ‘HOT TO GO!’ at a baby shower for Fineman’s character, Kelsey, who is now eight months pregnant.

The sketch maintained the comedic tone of the original, with Charli XCX and the cast singing off-key and delivering humorous lyrics. The song revealed some surprising paternity information, suggesting that Kelsey’s baby might not be her husband’s but rather the result of an affair with the mysterious Domingo, played by Marcello Hernandez.

The lyrics included lines like “We get facials at the spa, but Kelsey doesn’t talk at all” and “We say, ‘Kelsey get off your phone,’ cause we know who she’s texting!” The sketch culminated with the revelation that Kelsey is carrying twins, one of whom is her husband’s, while the other is Domingo’s.

Charli XCX’s performance was part of a packed episode that also included sketches mocking President-elect Donald Trump‘s cabinet picks, failed celebrity auditions for Wicked, and other comedic segments featuring Andy Samberg and Dana Carvey.
