Spit, Polish And Performance: Songwriting Retreat With A Twist

Rose and Delilah, renowned singers and songwriters, are back with an exciting and unique songwriting retreat in Maylands at Lyrics Underground, one of the most highly regarded music venues in Perth. This retreat promises to be a transformative experience for aspiring songwriters.

The day will commence with meditation and vocal exercises, aimed at centering participants and preparing their voices for the creative journey ahead. Following this, Rose and Delilah will guide attendees through various writing exercises, designed to stretch their creative muscles and overcome any potential songwriter’s block.

The workshop will also delve into the intricacies of performance and stagecraft, discussing how to transform a song from a mere idea to a fully-fledged performance-ready piece. Participants will have the opportunity to perform one or two of their original songs on the Lyrics Underground stage, in front of an incredibly supportive and encouraging audience of fellow retreat attendees.

Tickets for this exclusive event are available for purchase, with early bird tickets priced at $100 and full-price tickets at $120. Limited tickets may also be available at the door for $150.
