Super Falcons Star Condemns Blogger’s Cyberbullying of Super Eagles Midfielder
Super Falcons striker, Asisat Oshoala, has vehemently criticized popular blogger Tunde Ednut for his disparaging remarks directed at Super Eagles midfielder, Alex Iwobi.
Following Nigeria’s 2-1 defeat to Ivory Coast in the final of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, Ednut took to social media to ridicule Iwobi, who has often been a target of online critics.
Ednut’s insensitive caption, ‘Iwobi is out, Thank you Lord…’, sparked outrage among fans and fellow players alike.
However, Oshoala was quick to express her disapproval of Ednut’s actions, labeling him a ‘bully’ in a series of fiery Instagram posts.
She exclaimed, ‘Tunde is an asshole!!! Boys give am money to do giveaway, he dey form god. Old fool…who d fuck do you think you are? Ode buruku.’
Oshoala continued, criticizing Ednut’s behavior further, ‘You failed in your field and gave up but have the gut to call out someone who keeps trying and obviously doing way better than you. You for continue if na so e easy na. AGBAYA OSHI.’
