DALLAS, Texas — The Vancouver Surge and Atlanta FaZe advanced to the upper-bracket final at the Call of Duty League Stage 2 Major following impressive semifinal victories on Saturday. The two teams will face off for a chance at the championship prize of $150,000 during the playoff event that runs through Sunday.

The Surge secured their spot in the upper-bracket final with a comeback victory against Boston Breach, triumphing 3-1 after losing the first match on Vault Hardpoint, 250-248. Vancouver demonstrated resilience, winning the next three matches: 6-4 on Skyline Search & Destroy, 3-1 on Vault Control, and 250-242 on Hacienda Hardpoint.

“We knew we had to bounce back after the first game,” said a member of the Surge. “The team executed our strategy flawlessly in the next rounds.”
