Top Nedbank Executives Sell Shares in Recent Transactions

I Ruggiero, the Group Managing Executive of Nedbank Wealth, sold a total of 8,613 shares on June 18, 2024, with a volume-weighted average price per share of R263.5093. The total value of this transaction amounted to R2,269,605.60.

A Bosman, the Group Managing Executive of Corporate & Investment Banking, conducted a sale of 40,000 shares on June 19, 2024. The volume-weighted average price for these shares was R269.10, resulting in a total value of R10,764,000.

TG Sibiya, the Group Managing Executive of Nedbank Africa Regions, sold 5,700 shares on June 19, 2024, at a price of R269.70 per share, totaling R1,537,290. J Katzin, the Company Secretary, sold 7,550 shares on June 18, 2024, at a price of R265.00 per share, amounting to R2,000,750.00.

MH Davis, the Chief Financial Officer, engaged in a transaction on June 19, 2024, selling 40,000 shares with a volume-weighted average price of R268.6385. The total value of this transaction was R10,745,540.00. All transactions were executed on the market and the executives had obtained clearance to deal.
