Hurley, known for leading UConn men’s basketball to national glory, issued a heartfelt plea to fans on social media, stating, ‘This Saturday at 3:30, Rentschler better be sold out and it better be rocking.’ He emphasized the importance of support from fans, noting the team’s recent achievements, including a bowl win last year in the Fenway Bowl against North Carolina.

The Huskies are currently bowl eligible, following a decisive victory over Alabama Birmingham that secured their spot.
