Jenny McCarthy Reveals Health Secrets Ahead of The Masked Singer Finale

Los Angeles, CA – Jenny McCarthy talked with “Extra’s” Billy Bush in a recent interview, sharing her health secrets just ahead of the Season 13 finale of “The Masked Singer.” At 52, McCarthy claims she feels better than ever, attributing her well-being to a combination of lifestyle changes and a disciplined routine.

McCarthy highlighted her experience with various health issues, including autoimmune conditions and celiac disease. She said, “I’ve also done carnivore diet, I quit drinking two years ago.” She realized when she turned 50 that she wanted to prioritize prevention over trying to cure her ailments. This led her to adopt habits such as rigorous workouts and using an infrared sauna.

“I feel better than I’ve ever felt before… Now, I just feel, like, youthful again,” she said, noting that her stomach issues have improved significantly. McCarthy also discussed her beauty regimen, mentioning that she uses Botox but avoids fillers to prevent looking overly plump.

McCarthy founded her own clean makeup and skincare line, Formless Beauty, because she was dissatisfied with existing products. “I saw that makeup and skincare was actually filled with garbage,” she shared, emphasizing her commitment to clean beauty for those with chronic conditions.

In addition to her health and beauty tips, McCarthy praised her husband, Donnie Wahlberg, of 11 years. She described him as “one-of-a-kind” and credited their successful relationship to proactive communication, noting that she suggested couples therapy early in their relationship.

As for her role on “The Masked Singer,” McCarthy confidently stated, “I am the best judge, I will say.” She admitted to feeling intensely competitive, joking that producers often remind her it’s just a game show. “No, you don’t know me,” she quipped, adding that she has received reprimands for her fierce competitiveness.
