Fbi International Series Finale Tokyo

LOS ANGELES, CA – FBI: International is set to air its series finale, titled “Gaijin,” on Tuesday, May 20. The last episode follows the Fly Team as they race against the clock to solve a case in Tokyo, Japan.

The finale picks up where the previous episode left off, revealing that the serial killer they are pursuing is in Tokyo. The team previously collaborated with local investigator Reiko Isokawa. Superintendent Kosuke Kubo, played by Shintaro Kanaoya, permits Agent Mitchell to continue the investigation in Japan but emphasizes that Japanese authorities will have the final say on all decisions.

Upon arriving in Tokyo, Mitchell receives critical advice from Isokawa, who warns him to pay respect to Superintendent Kubo to avoid difficulties in their investigation. Mitchell attempts to express gratitude to Kubo for the opportunity to continue the case but quickly finds that their plans do not align. Kubo firmly establishes that while Mitchell may have influence, he must work under strict supervision.

“You pulled some strings to stay on this case, but that doesn’t give you endless rope,” Kubo warns. “You have three days to review evidence, pursue leads, and interrogate suspects, but only under my supervision.” This tension raises questions about how swiftly the Fly Team can act within the constraints imposed on them.

As the finale approaches, viewers are left wondering how the team will handle this international crisis and what it will take to end the ongoing threat. The series has engaged audiences for four seasons, and the finale promises to deliver gripping resolutions.
