Helen Mirren Stuns at Colors of Time Premiere with Stunning Necklace

CANNES, France — Oscar-winning actress Helen Mirren captivated attendees at the premiere of “Colors of Time” on May 22, 2025, showcasing a jaw-dropping necklace that many are calling one of the most memorable jewelry pieces at a red-carpet event.

The centerpiece of Mirren’s necklace features an impressive 241-carat cushion-cut green beryl, flanked by a 109.48-carat oval-shaped beryl and a 65.72-carat aquamarine stone. Altogether, the collection of gemstones weighs over 400 carats.

Surrounding these stones are exquisite arrangements of green beryl, aquamarine, tourmaline, sapphire, diamond, paraibas, and tsavorite, all set in 18K gold. The necklace also includes 29 rare baroque pearls sourced from the Australian South Sea. This luxurious piece was created by Marina, who drew inspiration from the Great Barrier Reef and Coral Sea.

As a L'Oréal Paris ambassador, Mirren completed her look with a striking headpiece adorned with floral appliqué and large drop earrings embellished with pearls. She donned a black floor-length gown with dramatic shoulders and a turquoise bow belt that extended into a flowing sash.
