Evermore Hospitality Unveils Luxury Catering at M&T Bank Stadium

BALTIMORE, Md. — M&T Bank Stadium is elevating event dining with luxury catering options from Evermore Hospitality. The company showcased its offerings during a live segment, featuring a variety of dishes that can be enjoyed at private events.

Chef Adam Isaac and Robert Miller from Evermore Hospitality discussed their catering services which cater to events for as few as 30 guests to as many as 3,000. ‘We can do anything from a small appetizer party to three-course meals served right in front of you,’ Isaac said.

The catering menu is extensive and customizable. ‘If you think of it, we can do it,’ Miller added, highlighting the company’s ability to accommodate diverse dietary needs.

Visual presentation is critical in their culinary offerings. ‘We have an amazing team that brings this vision to life every time,’ Isaac noted, referring to their beautifully arranged charcuterie boards and impressive dessert displays.

During the segment, viewers got a glimpse of some of the dishes, including decadent Smith Island cake and rich chocolate turtle brownies. Isaac also prepared Nantucket diver scallops accompanied by a fresh thyme butter and butternut squash puree, all elegantly plated.

The grazing station, another popular feature, combines cured meats, cheeses, and grilled vegetables, allowing for a customizable experience for guests with various dietary restrictions.

‘We love to build these out big,’ Isaac said, revealing the potential for grand displays that cater to large audiences while ensuring everything looks appetizing.
