Green Day Warning Album Reissue

Los Angeles, CA — Green Day has announced an expanded reissue of their sixth album, Warning, to celebrate the folk-punk classic’s 25th anniversary. The Warning (25th Anniversary Deluxe Edition) is set to be released on November 14 in multiple formats, including a limited-edition super deluxe box set available on vinyl or CD.

The new edition features a total of 49 songs across five LPs or four CDs, including a remastered version of the original 2000 album. Additionally, it offers a wealth of previously unreleased material, comprising eight demos, two new mixes, and a 21-song live recording of a concert at Shibuya-AX in Tokyo from 2001.

Fans who purchase the five-LP super deluxe box set will receive multicolor vinyl along with a 24-page booklet, a poster, a cloth patch, a button set, and a sticker sheet. This announcement comes as Green Day reflects on their career, with Warning regarded as a critical highlight despite its initial commercial underperformance.

Released at a crossroads in Green Day’s career, Warning earned gold certification but has since gained a reputation for its folk and Americana influences. The single “Minority” remains a staple in the band’s setlists. Following Warning, Green Day released American Idiot, which revitalized their career, ultimately selling over 20 million copies worldwide.

As anticipation builds, the full track list is available alongside a newly released demo titled “Castaway.” This special reissue continues to highlight the enduring appeal of Warning as a landmark album in Green Day’s discography.
