Nebraska Volleyball Team Match Against Washington

LINCOLN, Nebraska – The No. 1 Nebraska volleyball team showcased their dominance on October 10, 2025, with a 3-0 victory over Washington at the Bob Devaney Sports Center, in front of 8,769 fans. The win improved Nebraska’s record to 15-0 overall and 5-0 in the Big Ten, marking their 53rd consecutive home win.

Taylor Landfair led the Huskers with a match-high 12 kills, hitting .407 while contributing seven digs and three blocks. Harper Murray and Rebekah Allick also made significant impacts with 10 and nine kills respectively. Allick’s strong defense included eight blocks, as the team combined for 10 blocks overall.

Setter Bergen Reilly facilitated the offense with 34 assists and added nine digs, while Olivia Mauch led the team with 12 digs. Nebraska demonstrated strong serving skills, totaling six aces with only one service error. Mauch and Reilly accounted for three of the six aces, with others coming from Adriano and Murray.

In the first set, Nebraska jumped out to an early lead, thanks to a 4-0 run served by Adriano, leading to a decisive 25-14 win. The second set saw Nebraska continue their momentum, winning 25-18. A strong start in the third set, highlighted by two aces from Mauch, helped secure a 25-16 victory.

Looking ahead, Nebraska will face No. 12 Purdue on Sunday at noon (CT). That match will be streamed live on B1G+ and available on the Huskers Radio Network.
