Rush Band Reunion Tour 2026

Los Angeles, CA – Legendary rock band Rush is enhancing its 2026 reunion tour, adding 17 new cities to the lineup after an overwhelming fan response. The expanded Fifty Something Tour will now cover major U.S. markets including Philadelphia, Boston, Denver, Seattle, and San Antonio, alongside previously announced shows.

The tour will kick off with a four-night stand in Toronto from August 7 to August 13, featuring surviving members Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson, joined by drummer Anika Nilles. The tour officially starts on August 21 at Philadelphia’s Xfinity Mobile Arena.

“We are blown away by the response to our announcement that we’re going back on tour,” Lee said in a video statement. “It’s heartwarming to see how fans have welcomed Anika into the Rush family.” Nilles is stepping into the role after the passing of longtime drummer Neil Peart in 2020.

The newly announced dates include concerts in Detroit on August 26, Montreal on September 2, and two nights in Cleveland on September 17 and 19, among others. Tickets for these shows will be available starting October 31, 2025.

This initiative marks Rush’s first tour since their 2015 farewell, and it promises to celebrate their 50-year legacy with a unique two-set format each night, showcasing a selection from their extensive catalog.

The new tour dates reflect the continued legacy of a band that has resonated with fans for generations, even as they navigate the absence of Peart. “We’re excited to pay tribute to Neil with this tour,” Lee added, emphasizing the collective anticipation of reconnecting with their audience.
