Meghan Trainor Weight Loss Transformation

LOS ANGELES, CA — Meghan Trainor, the Grammy-winning singer, is speaking out against criticism regarding her recent post-pregnancy transformation. The 31-year-old artist, known for her hit song “All About That Bass,” revealed that she has lost 60 pounds and undergone a breast augmentation.

In an interview published on November 12, Trainor acknowledged that negative comments about her appearance have become more prevalent. However, she insisted that she has never felt better. “I’m literally for the first time ever, after having babies, taking care of my health to the highest level and I’ve never felt better and I look incredible. I feel great,” she said.

Trainor emphasized the importance of prioritizing her health amid the backlash. “I’m taking care of myself. I have to find a way to not be affected by that,” she stated. Her comments come after a year of significant personal changes, including a commitment to her health and wellbeing.

This transformation includes her work with a dietitian and regular exercise with a trainer. Earlier this year, she also revealed that she used the Type 2 diabetes medication Mounjaro to assist in weight loss after the birth of her second son. “I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me,” Trainor shared.

In addition to her weight loss, Trainor has been open about cosmetic enhancements she has made, notably her breast augmentation. “I got my dream boobs and they are gorgeous,” she told E! News in March. “I had two babies, I pumped everything out of me and then I lost a bunch of weight, and my boobs were like ‘we’re not boobs.'” She added that she does not regret her decision to enhance her appearance.

Trainor’s experience with online criticism has also influenced her music. Her upcoming single, “Still Don’t Care,” addresses the backlash she has faced. “The world’s getting crazier and meaner,” she remarked. “For the first time ever after having babies, taking care of my health to the highest level … and that’s when people attack me?”
