Actors Jung Ho-yeon and Lee Dong-hwi End 9-Year Relationship
Actors Jung Ho-yeon and Lee Dong-hwi have ended their nine-year romantic relationship, according to reports from South Korean media on Tuesday.
The news was confirmed by Jung Ho-yeon’s agency, Saram Entertainment, which stated that the couple has decided to remain good colleagues and co-workers despite the breakup. No further details about the reasons for their separation were disclosed to the press.
Jung Ho-yeon and Lee Dong-hwi began dating in 2015 and publicly acknowledged their relationship in 2016. Jung Ho-yeon gained international recognition for her role as Kang Sae-byeok in the Netflix series “Squid Game” in 2021, while Lee Dong-hwi is known for his roles in the TVN series “Reply 1988” and the comedy film “Extreme Job“.
Lee Dong-hwi has recently been involved in other projects, including the MBC drama “Investigation Team Leader 1958” and the current tvN series. Despite their breakup, both actors have maintained a public image of mutual respect and professionalism.
