LOS ANGELES, CA — Social media star Alix Earle will compete in the upcoming 34th season of ‘Dancing With the Stars,’ ABC announced on May 22. The 24-year-old influencer has been vocal about her desire to join the show, and now she is ready to hit the dance floor.

Earle, who has over 7 million followers on TikTok and 4 million on Instagram, is known for her engaging content, including beauty tutorials and lifestyle tips. She gained fame through her ‘get ready with me’ videos and is also the host of the podcast ‘Hot Mess.’

This season, Earle is the second celebrity revealed, following wildlife conservationist Robert Irwin. The pairing of stars with their professional dance partners will be announced later.

‘Dancing With the Stars’ was the top-ranked show among adults aged 18 to 49 last fall, marking a milestone in its viewership history. Earle expressed excitement about participating. “I’ve always been a fan of ‘Dancing With the Stars,’” she said. “I used to watch it when I was young with my grandma.”

Irwin, the son of the famous Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin and brother to Bindi Irwin, is also thrilled. He described his participation as ‘surreal’ and mentioned he is ready to give 110 percent in the competition.

Fans can expect ‘Dancing With the Stars’ to return in the fall, airing on ABC and Disney+, with episodes streaming on Hulu the following day. Hosts Alfonso Ribeiro and Julianne Hough are set to return, joined by judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, and Derek Hough.

Both Earle and Irwin look forward to what promises to be an exciting season ahead, with more cast announcements still on the way.
