Arcane Season 2 is set to premiere on Saturday, November 9, 2024, marking the highly anticipated return of the League of Legends-inspired animated series. The new season will be released in three acts, with the first act featuring episodes 1-3 available on Netflix at 12:01 AM PT (Pacific Time) and 3:01 AM ET (Eastern Time).
The release times vary globally: 4:00 AM in Brazil, 8:00 AM in the UK, 9:00 AM in Central European Time, 12:30 PM in India Standard Time, 5:00 PM in Australia, and 7:00 PM in New Zealand.
The subsequent acts will follow weekly, with episodes 4-6 releasing on November 16, and episodes 7-9 on November 23.
The new season picks up where the first season left off, with Jinx’s decision having pushed Piltover and Zaun to the brink of all-out war. The storyline will delve deeper into the characters’ arcs, particularly Jinx’s internal conflict between her anarchic persona and her virtuous side as Powder.
Co-creator Christian Linke has hinted that this season will test characters in unexpected ways, and fans can expect intense action and significant plot developments, including potential major character deaths.
