Ariana Grande and her Wicked co-star Cynthia Erivo made a stylish appearance at the Trocadéro in Paris on Friday. As the 2024 Olympics kick off, the duo took a moment to pose for photos with the iconic Eiffel Tower in the background.

Grande dazzled in a custom sleeveless pink ankle-length dress designed by Thom Brown, featuring a lovely bow detail at the waist. This outfit wasn’t just a fashion statement; it was a soft nod to her character, Galinda Upland, also known as Glinda the Good.

Cynthia Erivo complemented Grande’s look in a stunning strapless emerald green gown, complete with exaggerated hips and a corseted bodice. The gown was paired beautifully with a matching flat-brimmed hat and stiletto pumps, accented by gold jewelry.

This appearance continues a series of coordinated outfits between the two stars as they’ve been promoting their upcoming film, Wicked. They’ve already wowed audiences with their pink and green looks at various events, including the Oscars and Cinemacon.

The opening ceremony for the Olympics is set to be a spectacular affair, directed by Thomas Jolly. Fans can expect performances from big names like Lady Gaga and Celine Dion, alongside the traditional parade of athletes on boats traveling past famous Parisian landmarks like Notre Dame and the Louvre.

In addition to her movie promotion, Grande is also working on her beauty brand, R.e.m. Beauty, which she launched in partnership with Sandbridge Capital. Recently, she shared videos of her visiting the Sephora store on Champs-Élysées in Paris, promoting her brand.

The excitement surrounding the Games of the XXXIII Olympiad is palpable, and with Grande and Erivo leading the entertainment front, it’s clear this year’s Olympics will be one to remember.
