Skate punk icon Avril Lavigne has exciting news for her fans as she announces ‘The Greatest Hits’ tour, featuring a stop in Ottawa. The beloved Canadian singer-songwriter, originally from Belleville and raised in Napanee, will be performing her iconic songs that propelled her to fame.

The tour will include hit singles like ‘Complicated,’ ‘Sk8er Boi,’ ‘Girlfriend,’ and ‘Here’s To Never Growing Up,’ among many others. Lavigne, known for her distinctive sound and rebellious image, will take her unforgettable tunes on the road, delivering a memorable concert experience to her dedicated fans.

Avril Lavigne’s Ottawa concert is scheduled for August 14, and the tour will then move on to Toronto on August 16. The 27-date North American tour, which is produced by Live Nation, will start on May 22 in Vancouver at Rogers Arena, concluding on September 16 at Edmonton’s Rogers Place.

For the Ottawa show, Lavigne will be joined by special guests Simple Plan and Girlfriends, adding to the excitement and diversity of the concert lineup. Fans can expect an evening filled with nostalgia, energetic performances, and an electric atmosphere.

Tickets for Avril Lavigne’s tour will go on sale starting Wednesday at 10 a.m., with an Artist presale.
