Nashville, Tennessee – Country star Bailey Zimmerman captured the attention of 60,000 fans during CMA Fest while balancing an unexpected job at Raising Cane's. The singer expressed his excitement to perform, saying, “It’s going to be insane.”

Amidst preparations for his performance, Zimmerman was seen operating the register at the popular chicken joint’s flagship location. His dedication to both his music career and a humble part-time job has resonated with many of his fans.

Zimmerman recently revealed details about his upcoming album, ‘Different Night Same Rodeo.’ He shared a significant collaboration on the new song ‘Backup Plan’ with fellow country artist Luke Combs. “Working with Luke was a dream come true,” Zimmerman stated. He had initially feared Combs would not respond to his request for a collaboration, but Combs surprised him a month later. The two have since formed a strong friendship.

Zimmerman also noted Combs’ willingness to join him in filming for the song, which he acknowledged as unusual for the Grammy-winning artist. “Luke never shoots content, but he said he loves me and wanted to shoot with me, so it was an honor,” he said.

Fans can expect another new song from Zimmerman, ‘Comin’ In Cold’, releasing this Friday. He described the track as a relatable story about chasing unattainable love, noting, “It’s about this girl that I shouldn’t be chasing. I’m chasing red flags.”

Reflecting on his inspiration, Zimmerman shared that the song is deeply personal, documenting the challenges he has faced over recent years. “Comin’ In Cold is more mature, but also not at the same time because I’m still chasing girls in bars.”

With performances at CMA Fest, a notable collaboration with Combs, and the upcoming release of his single, Bailey Zimmerman’s summer tour is off to a promising start. The artist is determined to make his mark in the country music scene.
