Social media influencer Elvish Yadav, known for his stint on Bigg Boss OTT 2, has found himself embroiled in controversy following an altercation with fellow YouTuber Maxtern, real name Sagar Thakur.

The incident unfolded in Gurugram where a video circulating on social media captures Elvish Yadav and his associates allegedly assaulting Sagar Thakur following a clash on social media platforms.

Maxtern, in his online posts, claimed that he was physically assaulted by Elvish Yadav and his group, sparking outrage among netizens.

A video clip shows Maxtern being subjected to violence by Elvish Yadav inside a clothing store, prompting an outcry from online communities.

An FIR has been lodged against Elvish Yadav in Gurugram’s Sector 53 under several sections of the IPC, including 147, 149, 323, and 506, for his alleged role in the assault on Sagar Thakur.

The genesis of the altercation can be traced back to Sagar Thakur’s social media commentary on Elvish Yadav’s recent interactions with fellow Bigg Boss winner Munawar Faruqui.

Elvish Yadav and Munawar Faruqui were seen together in the Indian Street Premier League’s inaugural match on March 7, joined by cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, Bollywood star Akshay Kumar, and other notable personalities.

Elvish Yadav, a fervent supporter of Hindutva ideology, faced criticism from his followers for associating with Munawar, who had previously courted controversy for alleged derogatory remarks against Hindu deities.
