Bobby Deol Celebrates 55th Birthday With Brother Sunny Deol

Bobby Deol, the popular Bollywood actor, celebrated his 55th birthday on Saturday. His brother and fellow actor Sunny Deol took to Instagram to share heartfelt wishes and some candid pictures of the brothers together. The post also included a heartwarming picture of the Deol brothers posing with their father, veteran actor Dharmendra.

Wishing Bobby on Instagram, Sunny wrote, “Happy Birthday My Lil #LordBobby. #HappyBirthday #MyLife #Brothers #Deols.” The pictures shared by Sunny include a tight hug shared by the Deol brothers and some snapshots from their appearance on Koffee With Karan season 8. The post received an outpouring of love from fans and celebrities alike, with many showering Bobby with their best wishes.

Bobby Deol has been enjoying the commercial success of his recent film, Animal, in which he portrayed the antagonist Abrar Haque opposite Ranbir Kapoor. Despite having limited screen time, Bobby received immense praise for his performance in the movie. While Animal faced criticism for its alleged misogyny and excessive violence, Sunny Deol expressed his happiness for Bobby’s performance in an interview with PTI last year.

Sunny said, “I’m so happy, I’m really very happy for Bobby. I’ve seen Animal, I liked it, it is nice. There are certain things that I did not like, which I don’t like in many films including my own. But that’s as a person. I have the right to like or not like, but in totality, it is a nice film. The music is very good and that goes hand in glove with the sequences. Bobby is Bobby, he is always Bobby, but now he is Lord Bobby.”
