Hollywood icon Brad Pitt and seven-time Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton have joined forces in the creation of a thrilling new movie titled ‘F1‘, set against the backdrop of the prestigious British Grand Prix.

The film, helmed by director Joseph Kosinski and backed by Apple Original Films and Warner Bros. Pictures, is poised to hit international theaters and IMAX screens on June 25, 2025, followed by a North American release on June 27, 2025.

In this cinematic spectacle, Pitt steps into the role of former F1 driver Sonny Hayes, tempted back into the high-octane world of racing to stand alongside rising star Joshua Pearce, portrayed by the talented Damson Idris, in the fictional APXGP team.

Filmed with real-life F1 events as its backdrop, the star-studded cast of ‘F1’ also includes the likes of Javier Bardem, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, Sarah Niles, Kim Bodnia, and Samson Kayo, promising a gripping narrative woven into the heart of the Formula 1 realm.
