Nothing But Thieves is gearing up to deliver a powerful dose of indie-rock brilliance at this year’s Glastonbury Festival 2024. The band, originating from Southend-on-Sea in Essex, is renowned for their emotive guitar-driven indie rock tunes infused with a hint of pop essence.

Since their formation in 2012, Nothing But Thieves has captured audiences with the vocal prowess of singer Conor Mason, the guitar expertise of Joe Langridge-Brown and Dominic Craik, the bass rhythms of Philip Blake, and the drumming finesse of James Price.

Following the success of their fourth album “Dead Club City,” which soared to the top of the charts, the band embarked on a sold-out tour across the UK, including a memorable two-night stint at London‘s iconic Wembley Arena. Their single “Welcome to the DCC” was honored as Radio 1’s Hottest Record of the Year, while Radio X dubbed their track “Overcome” as the Best Record of the Year.

Recently, Nothing But Thieves shared the stage with legendary rockers Green Day in a monumental performance.

Nothing But Thieves is scheduled to grace the Other Stage at Glastonbury on Sunday, showcasing their talents on the renowned platform known for hosting alternative headline acts. The band’s set will span an hour, running from 4.30pm to 5.30pm, sandwiched between performances by James and Avril Lavigne.

For festival enthusiasts unable to attend in person, the BBC has announced coverage plans that include live streams from the festival’s five primary stages – Pyramid, Other, West Holts, Park, and Woodsies – available on iPlayer and BBC One and Two throughout the weekend.

Notable tracks featured in Nothing But Thieves’ recent setlists, such as their performance at the Isle of Wight Festival 2024, include hits like “He Said What?,” “Futureproof,” “Is Everybody Going Crazy?,” “Trip Switch,” “Impossible,” “Welcome to the DCC,” “Sorry,” “Where Is My Mind?,” “Amsterdam,” and “Overcome.”

During Nothing But Thieves’ slot on the Other Stage on Sunday from 4.30pm to 5.30pm, simultaneous performances on the festival’s other main stages will include a diverse lineup of artists.
