Canadian Singer Helps Fan Propose Live on South African Radio Show

Canadian singer Jamie Fine recently made a heartwarming gesture by assisting one of her devoted fans in proposing live on South African radio show, Breakfast with Martin Bester.

Fine, known for her hit songs and TikTok stardom, is currently in South Africa for her ‘If Anything’s Left Tour’ and chose to kick off the journey by spreading love and joy.

During the Friday Live segment on the popular show hosted by Martin Bester on Jacaranda FM, the artist helped fan Ashleigh Barnardo propose to her girlfriend, Cathy Lensley.

Barnardo, a long-time supporter of Fine, reached out to the show expressing her wish for a special proposal moment with the singer’s involvement.

Upon learning of Barnardo’s request, Bester orchestrated a surprise call with Fine where the emotional proposal took place live on air.

With Fine acting as the messenger, she asked Lensley the life-changing question, to which Lensley joyfully accepted, making it a magical moment for the couple.

Aside from the heartwarming proposal, Jamie Fine also graced the audience with a live performance of her latest single, ‘Seconds Away’, showcasing her talent and captivating the listeners.

The Canadian artist, accompanied by Martin Bester and his band, will continue her tour across South Africa, spreading music and love in cities like Johannesburg, Kimberly, Mbombela, and Cape Town.
