Cardi B Hospitalized Due to Medical Emergency, Cancels Performance at ONE MusicFest
Cardi B, the Grammy-winning rapper known for hits like “WAP” and “Bodak Yellow,” has been hospitalized due to a medical emergency, forcing her to cancel her scheduled performance at the ONE MusicFest in Atlanta. On October 23, Cardi B shared the news with her fans through an Instagram post, expressing her sadness and disappointment.
“I am so sad to share this news, but I’ve been in the hospital recovering from a medical emergency the last couple of days and I won’t be able to perform at ONE MusicFest,” she wrote. “It breaks my heart that I won’t get to see my fans this weekend, and I really wish I could be there.”
Despite her health issues, Cardi B reassured her fans, known as the “Bardi Gang,” that she will return better and stronger soon. “Thank you for understanding, I’ll be back better and stronger soon. Don’t worry. Love y’all,” she added.
The ONE MusicFest organizers also expressed their support for Cardi B, stating on their social media that they are keeping her in their prayers for a full recovery and are working to find a replacement for her performance. The festival, which features other notable artists like Earth, Wind & Fire and Nelly, will continue as planned.
This health setback comes shortly after Cardi B gave birth to her third child with her estranged husband, Offset, in September. The couple is currently going through divorce proceedings after six years of marriage.
Cardi B’s fans have flooded her social media with well-wishes and messages of support, emphasizing the importance of her health and recovery.
