Celebrities Expected At Cincinnati Open 2024

The 2024 Cincinnati Open is just around the corner, running from August 11 to 19 at the Lindner Family Tennis Center in Mason. This year’s tournament promises to be packed with action and might just attract a few celebrity fans as well.

One possible guest is the multi-talented Drake. He’s no stranger to the tournament, having been spotted in the crowd before and even enjoying dinner at Sotto in downtown Cincinnati with tennis legend Serena Williams. With Williams being a two-time champion at the event, it wouldn’t be shocking if Drake made a return visit.

Speaking of Serena Williams, she may not be playing anymore, but she has expressed that she still watches tennis. After stepping away from the sport, she didn’t catch Wimbledon because it was “too hard.” However, she might just show up at the Cincinnati Open, where she spent some of her most memorable last days on the court.

Then there’s Zendaya, who recently starred in a film about tennis. In the movie, her character experiences a love story during the Cincinnati Open. After immersing herself in tennis for her role, she’s shown strong enthusiasm for the sport, which could lead her to attend the event.

Country music stars Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman are also rumored to be in town. Urban just performed at a festival not far from the tournament, and it’s not unusual for the couple to stop by sporting events, so their attendance seems likely.

Additionally, Gavin Rossdale, the lead singer of the band Bush, is a known tennis fan and will be in Cincinnati for a concert on August 14. With such a close proximity to the matches, fans are hoping he might pop by to catch some action on the court.

Lastly, it’ll be interesting to see if political figure Mitt Romney can make some time from his campaign trail to join the fun at the Cincinnati Open. Originally from Middletown, he might just drop in to support the home turf!
