Channel 5's New Drama Finders Keepers Starring Neil Morrissey And James Buckley

Channel 5 is set to release a brand new drama titled Finders Keepers, featuring a star-studded cast including James Buckley from The Inbetweeners, Neil Morrissey from Men Behaving Badly, and Fay Ripley from Cold Feet. The series also stars Jessica Rhodes, Rakhee Thakrar, Shane Attwooll, and Brendan Coyle.

Set in Somerset and filmed predominantly in Buckinghamshire, the story revolves around Martin and Ashley, two detectorists who uncover a buried hoard of Saxon treasure worth millions. Although they are legally required to declare the find, the temptation to sell it privately becomes too great. While Ashley convinces Martin that they should prioritize their own financial gain, Martin hesitates to break the law.

The situation quickly takes a dangerous turn as Martin becomes entangled with a local troublemaker named Rocky and inadvertently captures the attention of the Greater London Police. As the pressure mounts, Martin’s behavior changes, jeopardizing his marriage to Anne. Meanwhile, his daughter Laura begins to question her commitment to Ashley, and the persistent DS Carole Doyle draws closer to uncovering the truth.

The first episode of Finders Keepers premieres on Channel 5 at 9pm on January 17. With its captivating storyline and talented cast, this drama promises to keep viewers on the edge of their seats.
