Chloe Fineman Reveals Manhattan Rent in Celebrity Apartment Tour

NEW YORK CITY, NY — Chloe Fineman, a star of Saturday Night Live, is paying $5,500 a month for her apartment in Manhattan. The 36-year-old comedian shared details about her living situation during a video tour with real estate influencer Caleb Simpson on Saturday, May 24.
During the video, Simpson reacted to Fineman’s rent, calling it a good deal. Fineman seemed surprised by the comment, saying, “Is it? OK, to be a West Village girlie, [it’s] all right.” She expressed her affection for the apartment, particularly pointing out the wall accents. Simpson joked about noticing some “cracks in the ceiling,” to which Fineman quipped, “Strategically, I’m like, ‘It’s falling apart. You cannot raise my rent.’”
As the tour continued, Fineman showcased a vintage sliding door that separates rooms, as well as a teal-colored bathroom adorned with a chandelier she purchased for just $100 in Cleveland. She also shared a quirky secret about her kitchen: “I have this in the oven, which is where I keep … mostly there’s usually wigs,” she explained. “If I’m trying to remember to buy a wig, I just shove it in the oven. No one has stuff in the oven? Where do they put it?”
Deacon Phillippe, son of Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe, also recently gave a tour of his apartment in Manhattan, highlighting the urban lifestyle shared by many young New Yorkers. Unlike Fineman, he was approached directly by Simpson on the street.
Fineman’s unique use of her oven sparked a conversation online, drawing comparisons to Carrie Bradshaw, the iconic character from Sex and the City. In a light-hearted Instagram exchange, she explained, “Because I have no effin room!!” Fans chimed in, sharing that they, too, faced similar space issues in their small New York apartments.
