Chris Brown Concert South Africa 2024

Renowned R&B artist Chris Brown is set to make a much-anticipated return to South Africa for a concert at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg. The event, titled “Live in Johannesburg, Breezy in South Africa,” marks Brown’s first performance in the country in nearly ten years and is scheduled for Saturday, December 14, 2024.

The concert is presented by Big Concerts in collaboration with Y. Fans can expect an electrifying performance packed with Brown’s famous chart-topping hits, promising a night to remember. Tickets for the concert will initially be available through an invite-only pre-sale, which begins at 10 AM on Tuesday, October 1. The general sale of tickets will commence at 10 AM on Thursday, October 3, and will be exclusively available through Ticketmaster.

Authorities caution fans to purchase tickets solely from Ticketmaster to avoid falling victim to scams. “Tickets purchased from Viagogo and other secondary sellers may be invalid and could result in denied entry,” a statement from the organizers warned. It was also highlighted that the tickets will be digital and mobile-only, with a limit of up to eight tickets per verified Ticketmaster account. Transfers of tickets will be permissible 30 days before the event, with mobile ticket barcodes becoming available three days prior to the concert.

For safety reasons, there are restrictions for standing tickets; all holders must be over 16 years old and at least 1.2 meters tall. Chris Brown has previously performed in South Africa, with shows in 2012, 2015, and 2016, and his return is widely anticipated by his South African fanbase.

Complete event information and updates can be found on the website of Big Concerts.
