LOS ANGELES, CA — NBA All-Star Chris Paul and his brother CJ Paul have launched a new media production company called Ohh Dip!!! Entertainment. The announcement came on May 22, 2025, revealing a partnership with the documentary studio Words + Pictures.

This joint venture aims to focus on both non-scripted and scripted content, targeting basketball, sports, and various aspects of entertainment culture. The initiative received significant backing from Words + Pictures, which is led by CEO Connor Schell and is part of The North Road Company.

The ownership structure of Ohh Dip!!! Entertainment gives Chris and CJ Paul the majority stake, while Words + Pictures retains a minority interest. In a joint statement, the Paul brothers expressed their excitement about the collaboration. “This joint venture will really allow us to take our vision for Ohh Dip!!! to the next level,” they stated.

Connor Schell commented on the potential of their partnership, saying, “Chris’s vision for what this venture can be is extraordinary. He and CJ have an ambitious plan for the content they want to produce and the impact they want to make.”

CJ Paul will act as the president of Ohh Dip!!! Entertainment, with Jacqueline Taylor serving as the vice president of development and operations. The company plans to create a wide array of content, including television series, digital media, documentaries, live events, commercials, podcasts, and films.

Specific project details from Ohh Dip!!! Entertainment are anticipated to be announced in the coming months. The partnership also includes a first-look agreement that allows Words + Pictures to produce any content developed by the new company.

Recent projects by Words + Pictures include notable documentaries such as “Celtics City,” about the Boston Celtics, and “Court of Gold,” which documents the 2024 Olympic men’s basketball contest.
