Dave Matthews Band Kicks Off Fall Tour with High-Energy Performance at PPG Paints Arena
The Dave Matthews Band launched their mini fall tour with a dynamic performance at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh on Friday, November 15, 2024. The concert marked the band’s first show since their induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and they brought a noticeable swagger and edge to the stage.
The band’s setlist, though not yet fully documented, promised a mix of their classic hits and possibly some new material. Fans who attended the event were treated to a night of energetic music, reflecting the band’s signature blend of rock, jazz, and folk influences.
Following the Pittsburgh show, the Dave Matthews Band is set to continue their tour with upcoming performances at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, and a two-night stint at Madison Square Garden in New York City on November 22 and 23. Fans are advised to arrive early at Madison Square Garden, as venue protocols and entrance guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth experience.
The tour also features special guests Lord Huron, Hermanos Gutierrez, Sierra Hull, and Karina Rykman, adding to the diverse musical experience. All net proceeds from the tour will benefit the SOULSHINE Concert Fund, supporting Habitat for Humanityās 2024 Hurricane Recovery fund and various non-profits in North Carolina and Florida.
