Dev Patel Makes Directorial Debut with Action-Packed Revenge Thriller ‘Monkey Man’
Oscar-nominated actor Dev Patel is venturing into the director’s chair with his upcoming film ‘Monkey Man,’ an action-packed revenge thriller set to be released by Universal Pictures on April 5th. The film’s trailer was unveiled recently, showcasing a brutal and intense narrative.
In ‘Monkey Man,’ Patel takes on the role of Kid, an anonymous young man surviving in an underground fight club where he endures vicious beatings by popular fighters, all while wearing a distinctive gorilla mask. The movie draws inspiration from the legend of Hanuman, a Hindu deity.
