Developer Warns of Serious Bug in Upcoming Game The First Berserker: Khazan

Seoul, South Korea — Neople, the developer behind the much-anticipated action RPG, The First Berserker: Khazan, has issued a warning regarding a potentially critical bug affecting gameplay.
The game, which is set to launch fully on March 27, 2025, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, has garnered significant attention for its brutal dark fantasy setting and unique cel-shaded visuals. However, players are advised to be cautious when using a specific in-game item while equipped with certain armor sets.
The bug relates to the Primeval Regression Orb, an item that resets the player’s level and stats, allowing for modifications in character build. According to Neople, players who use this orb while wearing the Hero’s Weapon and Armor set may experience a loss of stat points.
This issue arises because the Hero’s set provides an additional five-point bonus to all stats, and repeatedly using the orb under these conditions can result in the game miscalculating and lowering the player’s stats inappropriately. Some players have reported that their stats dropped below the minimum threshold of 10, creating significant gameplay imbalance.
“We recommend that players avoid using Primeval Regression Orbs in quick succession,” Neople stated in their official warning. “To mitigate this issue, players should complete a mission, change locations, or restart the game between each use of the orb.”
With the game’s release around the corner, fans are eagerly awaiting a resolution to this issue. Neople confirmed they are working on a permanent fix and will provide further details as development progresses.
The First Berserker: Khazan promises intense gameplay challenges and memorable boss encounters, and fans are hoping that Neople’s proactive warning will prevent frustration during the game’s rollout.
