Elite Express Holding Files for $16 Million IPO in California

LAGUNA HILLS, Calif. (May 5, 2025) – Elite Express Holding, a company that provides last-mile delivery services, has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise up to $16 million in an initial public offering.

The Laguna Hills-based company plans to offer 4 million shares at a price of $4 each. If successful, this would give Elite Express a market value of approximately $68 million.

Elite Express Holding specializes in delivery services within California through its subsidiary, JAR Transportation. The company focuses on picking up packages from distribution hubs and delivering them to homes and businesses.

Operating a fleet of about 20 trucks and trailers, Elite Express covers an area of over 1,600 square miles. On average, the company completes between 1,000 and 1,700 deliveries per day, handling around 1,200 to 2,000 packages.

Founded in 2020, Elite Express reported $3 million in revenue for the 12-month period ending February 28, 2025. The company had filed confidentially with the SEC on February 20, 2025, and plans to list its shares on the Nasdaq under an undisclosed symbol.

Dominari Securities and Revere Securities are serving as the joint bookrunners for the offering.
