The cocktail’s name appears to reference the tech mogul’s recent clash with Brazil. In late 2024, Elon Musk’s social media platform X was suspended in the country for over a month after he defied court orders to ban certain accounts or remove content deemed in violation of federal laws. Musk, who has close ties to former U.S. President Donald Trump, has been a controversial figure in Brazil.

Ratajkowski’s Rio trip follows another tropical escape she recently shared on Instagram, featuring outtakes from a Mexican vacation. The model, who divorced her ex-husband Sebastian Bear-McClard in late 2022, has been open about her single life. During a May 2024 episode of the New York Times podcast “Modern Love,” she discussed the challenges of balancing her career, motherhood, and personal life.

“I take care of so much in my life,” Ratajkowski said. “I take care of my son, my home, my schedule, his schedule, my career. The burden of the finances is on me, and I don’t have a family supporting me financially or any of that.” She added that she often relies on her female friendships for support, saying, “I have wonderful friends who know when to take care of me and how to take care of me.”
