Eric Mabius Arrested for Battery, Displays Injuries in Mugshot

Nassau County, Florida – Eric Mabius, best known for his role as Daniel Meade on the television show “Ugly Betty,” was arrested early Thursday morning for battery and resisting an officer without violence. Authorities booked the 53-year-old actor into the Nassau County Jail and Detention Center just before 6 a.m. after an incident reported at around 2 a.m.
Mabius’s mugshot reveals a battered face, with a noticeable cut near his right eye and a purple bruise. He appeared dazed and was wearing a prison jumpsuit. The specifics of the altercation leading to his arrest have yet to be disclosed.
