Exciting New Attractions Coming To Disneyland!

Big things are happening at Disneyland! During the D23 event in Anaheim, California, Disney executives shared some exciting news about upcoming attractions and lands that will soon enhance the guest experience.

First up, fans can look forward to Tiana‘s Bayou Adventure, which is set to open on November 15. This ride will take guests on a journey through the bayou, inspired by the beloved animated movie, ‘The Princess and the Frog.’

Disneyland isn’t stopping there! A new land dedicated to Disney Villains is on the way, featuring two major attractions along with shopping and dining areas. This addition will replace part of Frontierland, still allowing fans to enjoy the theme of the area.

Meanwhile, Disney’s Hollywood Studios is preparing for a big reveal with the debut of the first Monsters, Inc. land in any Disney park, which will start construction next year. It promises to be a thrilling experience, complete with an innovative suspended coaster themed around the franchise.

Over at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, guests can expect a new show called ‘Zootopia Better Together’ in Winter 2025. Additionally, a Tropical Americas-themed land, featuring a fresh Indiana Jones attraction and an Encanto-themed ride, will replace DinoLand U.S.A. in 2027.

Disneyland guests can look forward to a new audio-animatronic of Walt Disney himself, making his debut in a show called ‘Walt Disney – A Magical Life.’ This timely announcement comes as the park celebrates its 70th anniversary next year.

Disney California Adventure is also expanding, with a new ride based on the movie ‘Coco’ breaking ground in 2026. Plus, Avengers Campus will double in size, bringing even more Marvel adventures for fans to enjoy.
