Exciting football matches are set to take place this Sunday across various regions in New Zealand as teams compete in the second-round fixtures of the prestigious Chatham Cup and Kate Sheppard Cup.

In the Chatham Cup, South Auckland Rangers will face off against Hamilton Wanderers at the scenic William Green Domain in Pakuranga at 2pm. Meanwhile, Napier City Rovers will host Palmerston North Marist at the iconic Bluewater Stadium in Napier, and Nelson Suburbs will clash with FC Nelson at Saxton Fields in Nelson, all kicking off at 2pm.

Shifting the focus to the Kate Sheppard Cup, the Northern Rovers will challenge Onehunga Sports at McFetridge Park in Glenfield at 1pm, while Northland will take on Bay Olympic at Trigg Arena in Whangarei also at 1pm.

Other exciting women’s football fixtures in the Northern and WaiBOP regions include matches in the NRF Women’s Conference and WaiBOP W-League. Notable games include Tauranga Blue Rovers meeting Melville United at Pemberton Park in Tauranga and Taupo facing Tauranga Moana at Crown Park in Taupo, both starting at 1pm.
