AC/DC Extends Power Up Tour with 2026 Dates in America
LOS ANGELES, CA — AC/DC has announced the continuation of their Power Up tour into 2026, featuring new concert dates across North and South America. The tour will kick off in São Paulo, Brazil, on February 24, before heading to cities like Santiago, Chile, and Buenos Aires, Argentina, wrapping up in Mexico City on April 7.
The North American leg of the tour will commence on July 11, 2026, at the Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. It will run through September 29, concluding with a performance at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
General ticket sales for the newly added dates will start on November 7 at 10 a.m. local time. However, tickets for the shows in Denver, Las Vegas, and Philadelphia will go on sale at 12 p.m. local time on the same day.
The first leg of the Power Up tour marked AC/DC’s return to the U.S. since 2016 and featured popular songs like “Back in Black” and “Thunderstruck.” This tour celebrates their 2020 album, Power Up, and pays homage to their extensive music catalog, dating back to their formation in Sydney in 1973.
The current lineup includes founding member Angus Young on lead guitar, alongside vocalist Brian Johnson, rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, drummer Matt Laug, and bassist Chris Chaney. The band is known for its high-energy performances and has sold over 200 million albums worldwide, earning their place in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2003.
Fans can expect an exciting show as AC/DC aims to bring their electrifying sound to stadiums across the continent once again. The complete list of show dates will be available on their official website.
