Sydney Errera Mitchell Kolinsky Farmer Wants A Wife

CHAMBERLAIN, S.D. — Sydney Errera and Mitchell Kolinsky, lovebirds from the popular reality series Farmer Wants a Wife, are making significant strides in their relationship as they prepare to move in together more than a year after meeting. The couple shared their journey on March 16, 2025, discussing their excitement for this new chapter.

“We are getting ready for the big move,” Mitchell, 28, expressed in an interview. “So excited to say that and be so confident in it, and be on the same page. We’ve been talking about it, praying about it, and thought about it so much.”

The couple, who successfully managed a long-distance relationship with Sydney based in New Jersey and Mitchell in Tennessee, is now focusing on establishing a home together on Mitchell’s farm. “I am making those slight improvements at the farm so she feels comfortable,” Mitchell explained. This includes redoing a closet and making preparations for Sydney’s two sheep.

“The day before, we cleaned up all around the pasture for the sheep,” Sydney noted. Both she and Mitchell have a shared task list pinned on the refrigerator to keep track of their preparations. Recently, Mitchell also started renovating the bathroom, adding a new shower along with other updates.

“I don’t really need much, but somewhere to hang a shirt,” Sydney said, highlighting her minimalist approach to the upcoming move.

The couple emphasizes a strong commitment to family, with Mitchell spending time with Sydney’s family and vice versa. “I’ve gotten to spend so much time with her parents and her sisters, and getting to see her new niece,” he said. Sydney also mentioned, “I definitely spend a lot more time down here; I don’t have many responsibilities… I’ll fly down here all the time. Tickets are pretty cheap.”

Despite their growing bond, the couple is not rushing into marriage or children. “The pressure to move, get married, children, we see those comments all the time,” Mitchell admitted. “No timeline like our timeline though, which is God’s. We’re just wanting everything to be right.”

Sydney echoed this sentiment, saying, “I want to travel more before we get engaged.” This indicates their desire to enjoy their relationship before taking the next big steps.

The couple’s journey began during Season 2 of Farmer Wants a Wife, where they quickly became fan favorites. Following the show, they continued to document their adventures, including trips to Arkansas for duck hunting. “The day after filming the finale, we drove over to Arkansas and spent a few weeks hunting the flooded timbers and rice fields,” Sydney shared via her Instagram.

As they gear up for their new life together, Sydney and Mitchell look ahead with optimism and excitement. The new season of Farmer Wants a Wife premieres on Thursday, March 20, on FOX, with anticipation building for the stories and romances that will unfold.
