Five Future Ryder Cup Venues Confirmed Through 2037

CHASKA, Minnesota — The Ryder Cup has announced five future venues set to host the prestigious golf event through 2037. Following the 2025 tournament at Bethpage Black in New York, golf enthusiasts can look forward to Ireland, Spain, and several U.S. locations for upcoming matches.
The next Ryder Cup will take place at The Golf Course at Adare Manor in County Limerick, Ireland, from September 17-19, 2027. This event will mark the second time Ireland has hosted the tournament, with the first being in 2006 at The K Club. That year, Europe won with a score of 18.5 to 9.5.
In 2029, the tournament returns to the United States at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, Minnesota. Hazeltine previously hosted the Ryder Cup in 2016, where the U.S. team claimed victory over Europe by a margin of 17-11, making it the first U.S. venue to host the event twice.
Spain will join the lineup when Camiral Golf & Wellness Resort in Costa Brava hosts the Ryder Cup for the first time in 2031. The resort has a history of major tournaments and is notable for being designated to host the Ryder Cup decades after being originally planned for the 1997 event that took place at Valderrama.
The historic Olympic Club (Lake Course) in San Francisco, California, is set to host the Ryder Cup in 2033, marking a significant return to the U.S. West Coast since the 1959 tournament. Olympic has a stellar record, having hosted five U.S. Opens.
Finally, the Congressional Country Club‘s Blue Course in Bethesda, Maryland, will debut the Ryder Cup in 2037. This esteemed venue has hosted numerous championships, including several U.S. Opens and a PGA Championship.
The announcement of these venues creates excitement among fans, who can plan their travels years in advance. Local economies are also anticipated to see significant benefits as tourism ramps up for these events. However, concerns about accessibility for international visitors, especially in Ireland and Spain, have been noted as important factors for future planning.
An official announcement regarding the European host for the 2035 Ryder Cup is expected in the coming years, as preparations continue at the confirmed venues.
