Fortnite Update 34.10 New Skins And Items

RALEIGH, N.C. — Epic Games has released the highly anticipated Fortnite update 34.10 on March 11, introducing a host of new skins, items, and gameplay changes across multiple platforms including PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The update included server downtime starting at 4 a.m. ET, accompanied by a brief matchmaking halt.

Notable additions in the latest patch include skins inspired by professional sports and music culture, such as the aesthetic of Shohei Ohtani presented in samurai style, and a Kendrick Lamar emote that will roll out in the coming weeks. Epic Games emphasized in a tweet, “Fight back against the Big Bad Wolf!” indicating that players have much to explore.

The update shines a spotlight on character Fletcher Kane and includes a new crossover with the comic series ‘Invincible,’ featuring skins for Allen the Alien and Dupli-Kate. Additional items like the Outlaw Midas skins, a new Scorpion skin, and mythic items inspired by Mortal Kombat are also expected.

In terms of gameplay, Epic Games announced several new weapons including the Outlaw Shotgun, Rocket Drill, and the Pump & Dump. The developers also confirmed that this patch will address numerous existing bugs and make fine-tuning adjustments to improve overall gameplay.

The patch notes for update 34.10 reveal specific issues affecting both Battle Royale and Fortnite Mobile. For Battle Royale, players have reported that the Batman Comic Book Cape may not animate correctly in Performance Mode. Furthermore, issues include ranked cosmetics not unlocking as players progress, campfires being damaged after being lit, and the Vending Machine interaction menu closing prematurely.

For Fortnite Mobile, players may find the “Toggle Zoom” button positioned too far inside the scope lens on certain HUD layouts, which can hinder visibility while aiming. Also flagged is the ‘Net Debug Stats’ widget potentially displaying twice during gameplay.

As the new content rolls out, fans are encouraged to check the detailed patch notes for all updates and changes. Epic Games remains committed to enhancing the player experience and ensuring that the game runs smoothly as new content arrives.
