GTA V to Receive Free Visual Upgrade with NaturalVision Enhanced Mod

LOS SANTOS, CA – Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) will receive a significant visual upgrade with the release of the NaturalVision Enhanced mod on May 15. This free mod promises to enhance the game’s graphics on PC, introducing features such as ray tracing, improved lighting, and enhanced shadows.
The NaturalVision Enhanced mod, developed by Razed, is built to support the Enhanced PC version of GTA V, which also includes compatibility with PC Game Pass. This update is designed to take advantage of the ray tracing capabilities introduced in Rockstar‘s recent Enhanced version of the game.
According to Razed, NaturalVision Enhanced will not only add new lighting effects but also unlock hidden graphical features that were previously unavailable. These include volumetric clouds and a revamped lighting system, which will improve the game’s realism.
The mod gives players options to toggle ray traced global illumination (RTGI) and ray traced ambient occlusion (RTAO) effects in real-time. Players can also intensify nighttime RTGI effects for more dramatic visuals. A trailer showcasing these upgrades is expected soon, along with screenshots shared by Razed on Discord.
For those still playing the original GTA V Legacy, the prior version of the mod, NaturalVision Evolved, will continue to receive updates, as confirmed by Razed.
This upgrade marks what many anticipate as a stunning final hurrah for GTA V before players shift their focus to GTA VI, expected later this year. As fans prepare for the release of NaturalVision Enhanced, excitement builds around the revitalized graphics of a beloved classic.
