Guy Ritchie’s ‘Mobland’ Premieres March 30 on Paramount+

LOS ANGELES, CA — The highly anticipated crime drama series ‘Mobland’ is set to premiere on Sunday, March 30, on Paramount+, featuring a star-studded cast including Pierce Brosnan, Tom Hardy, and Helen Mirren. The series, produced by Guy Ritchie, will debut across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and Australia, followed by a global rollout later in 2025.

‘Mobland’ follows the story of Conrad, played by Brosnan, who is the leader of a powerful crime family facing internal and external threats. The show is described as focusing on the intense rivalry between the Harrigan and Stevenson families, two organized crime syndicates from London. The stakes are high as the families engage in a deadly battle for dominance that touches lives and legacies.

The official synopsis reads: “MobLand is about the Harrigans and Stevensons, two warring London crime families who clash in a kill-or-be-killed battle that threatens to topple empires and ruin lives. Caught in the crossfire is Harry Da Souza (Hardy), the street-smart ‘fixer’ as dangerous as he is handsome, who knows too well where loyalties lie when opposing forces collide. In addition to Brosnan and Hardy, the cast includes Paddy Considine as Kevin Harrigan, Brosnan’s character’s son; Joanne Froggatt as Jan Da Souza, Harry’s wife; and Lara Pulver as Bella Harrigan, among others. Mirren plays Maeve Harrigan, the matriarch of the Harrigan family.

The gripping series is set to showcase the inner workings of organized crime and explores themes of loyalty and betrayal within familial ties. The executive production team includes notable names such as Keith Cox, Nina L. Diaz, and David C. Glasser alongside Ritchie and Hardy himself.

‘Mobland’ will be available for streaming on Paramount+, marking a significant addition to the platform’s lineup of original content. The series was previously referred to as ‘The Donovans’ during its development phase but has since evolved into a standalone narrative distinct from the earlier concept.
