Haryana Assembly Election Results and Political Reactions
As Haryana witnesses the results of its assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has secured a significant victory by winning 49 seats, thereby achieving a hat-trick in the region. Meanwhile, the Congress‘s ambitions were thwarted, as the party managed to secure only 37 seats. In contrast, the political scenario in Jammu and Kashmir saw Congress and the National Conference forming a government with a majority, securing 49 seats. The BJP, in this region, lagged with only 29 seats, effectively eliminating the influence of the People's Democratic Party (PDP).
