Chad Powers Tv Show Premiere Announcement

New York City, NY — Hulu announced today that the new comedy series ‘Chad Powers,’ starring Jordan Powell, will premiere with two episodes on September 30. Following the premiere, new episodes will be released every Tuesday.

‘Chad Powers’ is a half-hour comedy created by Jordan Powell and Michael Waldron. The show centers on hotshot quarterback Russ Holliday, whose reckless behavior sabotages his college sports career. In response, he disguises himself as the charming Chad Powers and joins a struggling Southern football team.

The series is based on a popular sketch produced by NFL Films and Omaha Productions, which originally aired on ESPN+ as part of the Eli’s Places series. Powell and Waldron collaborated on the pilot script.

The cast features Perry Mattfeld as Ricky, Quentin Plair as Coach Byrd, Wynn Everett as Tricia, Frankie A. Rodriguez as Danny, and Steve Zahn as Jake Hudson. The show is produced by 20th Television.

As for production, Peyton Manning serves as an executive producer alongside his team from Omaha Productions, which includes Jamie Horowitz and Ben Brown. Waldron and Adam Fasullo also hold executive producer roles through Anomaly Pictures. Luvh Rakhe will join as an executive producer while Tony Yacenda will direct.

Along with the announcement for ‘Chad Powers,’ Hulu also revealed a teaser for the upcoming legal drama ‘All's Fair,’ which stars Kim Kardashian, Naomi Watts, and Sarah Paulson, among others. This new series is set to premiere later this fall.
