Indiana Jones and the Great Circle Heads to PS5 in April

REDMOND, Wash. — Fans of Indiana Jones can gear up for the beloved adventurer’s latest quest, as MachineGames and Bethesda Softworks confirmed that “Indiana Jones and the Great Circle” will launch on PlayStation 5 on April 17, 2025. Pre-orders open now, with early access starting April 15 for those who choose specific editions.
The game, initially released for Xbox and PC on December 9, 2024, features a thrilling narrative that takes players across various stunning locales, including the Vatican and Egypt. This installment has garnered positive reviews for its engaging gameplay and detail-oriented settings.
Nolan North, actor and renowned voice behind gaming characters like Nathan Drake, announced the release in a humorous trailer featuring his conversation with fellow voice actor Troy Baker. During a playful exchange reminiscent of classic banter, the two emphasized the collaborative spirit within the gaming community.
“I’m looking forward to giving this a shot on the PS5 to see how it feels, and I still can’t recommend this game enough to anyone who hasn’t already played it,” the reviewer stated.
The digital edition for PS5 is already available for pre-order, while physical versions will be released on March 25. Both offer pre-order bonuses, which include “The Last Crusade Pack,” consisting of cosmetic items featuring Indiana’s Traveling Suit Outfit and the Lion Tamer Whip.
The game will also introduce two new whip abilities—Open Season and Sleight of Hand—that will be available across all platforms. Open Season allows for increased damage against enemies with successive attacks, while Sleight of Hand enables players to disarm foes and obtain their weapons.
The Standard Edition is priced at $69.99, matching its launch price for the Xbox. Notably, there will also be a Premium Edition available for $99.99, which offers additional content, including a digital art book and the Temple of Doom outfit.
Those who opt for the Premium Edition will gain access to “The Order of Giants,” a DLC expansion with a focused storyline set to release later. Pre-orders for premium versions will include up to two days of early access, depending on the region.
Lastly, a Collector’s Bundle will be available only in physical form, ensuring fans receive exclusive items, including an Allmaker Relic Replica and a Steelbook display case. Though its price has yet to be confirmed, it is expected to mirror the Xbox version’s price of $189.99.
As anticipation mounts, gamers are advised to watch for retail updates to secure their copies and enjoy the adventures awaiting Indiana Jones this spring.
