Ironheart Premieres June 24, Teasing a New Era for Marvel

LOS ANGELES, California — The highly anticipated Marvel series Ironheart is set to premiere on June 24, 2025, on Disney+. The show stars Dominique Thorne as Riri Williams, a young tech genius, and follows her journey after the events of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
Ironheart promises to explore a new era of heroism, diving deep into Riri’s origin story. Thorne commented on her character’s unique entrance into the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), stating, “What was interesting for me was how different Riri’s story and entrance into the MCU was in comparison to other characters.”
The series aims to showcase Riri’s development as she navigates the aftermath of pivotal moments in her life. “We’re not necessarily going back in time; it’s more of catching up and seeing the effects of how those first pivotal moments of her life have shaped her,” Thorne added.
The trailer highlights several characters, including Anthony Ramos, who plays a mysterious figure with dark intentions. The footage hints at Riri’s Ironheart Armor, which combines technology with mystic powers. The show promises to present Riri’s armor as a formidable weapon for humanity.
Joining Thorne and Ramos are Alden Ehrenreich, Lyric Ross, Anji White, and Manny Montana. With the show’s premiere just around the corner, Marvel fans are eager to see Thorne return to their screens and fully embrace her role in the MCU.
Ironheart will debut with its first three episodes on June 24, offering fans a chance to witness the next chapter in the Marvel saga.
